Adrián Real
Adrian Real is the President of Operations at Premier Staffing LLC, where he leads a global team to provide high-quality staffing solutions. With expertise in web and mobile application design, project management, and business development, he ensures that Premier Staffing consistently exceeds industry standards.
Beyond Premier, Adrian is the co-founder of Revibe Experience, executive chef and co-owner of West Toast Cafe in San Clemente, CA, and Senior Creative Director at E4GS Interactive. His leadership has been instrumental in projects for notable brands, including Movistar, Claro Puerto Rico, Caribbean Cinemas, and Mamiverse.

Tuio Porter
Tulio Poller is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Premier Staffing and E4GS Interactive LLC, bringing over twenty years of experience in IT operations and business development. Before founding E4GS Interactive, Tulio served as the Senior Operations Manager at CANTV, a major telecommunications company in Venezuela. In his role in business development, he identifies enterprise web challenges and develops technical specifications to optimize business processes for clients such as Cantv-Verizon, Claro, Puerto Rico Telephone Company, and Caribbean Cinemas. With his multifaceted skill set, Tulio has art directed creative teams, served as an online content provider, and ensured quality control across projects. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
