Mi Claro admin

Claro Web - From 2015 to present. Development of a web portal for CSR agents to support call center agents and the customer service unit for existing mobile customers. Integration with OLM, OSB, and PCRF. Additionally, it provides the business and users with admin profiles the ability to have visibility and generate real-time reports.
